3. Accounts

4. Payments and Refunds

Paid reports are processed through Stripe. All prices are listed in US dollars. By purchasing a report, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the stated amount.

Due to the digital nature of our reports, all sales are final. If you believe you were charged in error or the report was not delivered, please contact us at support@rentaldeductions.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

5. Accuracy of Information

The accuracy of your report depends on the information you provide. We do not independently verify property details, purchase prices, or other inputs. You are responsible for ensuring the information you submit is accurate and complete.

Our estimates are based on current tax law and IRS guidelines as of the date the report is generated. Tax laws change, and our estimates may not reflect future changes in legislation, regulations, or IRS interpretations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RentalDeductions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from the Service without prior written consent.

Reports generated for you are for your personal use. You may share your reports with your tax professional or financial advisor.
